New Members Ministry

The New Members Ministry welcomes, assimilates, and disciples individuals who unite with Baptist Temple Church. Through orientation classes, mentorship, and fellowship opportunities, the ministry helps new believers and members develop a strong foundation in faith, connect with the church family, and discover their place in ministry and service.

Evangelism Ministry
The Evangelism Ministry is committed to sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ within the church, community, and beyond. Through outreach events, personal witnessing, community engagement, and discipleship efforts, this ministry seeks to lead people to Christ and fulfill the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20).

Deacon Ministry
The Deacon Ministry serves alongside the pastor in providing spiritual support, congregational care, and servant leadership. Deacons assist in ministry to members, promote unity within the church, support worship services, and help meet the spiritual and practical needs of the congregation.

Deaconess/Mother Board Ministry
The Deaconess and Mother Board Ministry provides spiritual guidance, prayer support, encouragement, and mentorship throughout the church family. These seasoned women of faith serve as examples of Christian living while offering wisdom, care, and support to members of all ages.

Women of Virtue and Excellence (WOVE) Mission and Ministry
The Women of Virtue and Excellence Ministry empowers women to grow in their relationship with Christ while cultivating leadership, discipleship, fellowship, and service. Through Bible study, mentoring, outreach, and special events, women are encouraged to walk in faith, purpose, and excellence in every area of life.

Men of Vision and Execution (MOVE) Mission and Ministry
The Men of Vision and Execution Ministry develops godly men who lead with integrity, serve with humility, and impact their families, church, and community for Christ. Through discipleship, fellowship, accountability, and outreach, men are challenged to grow spiritually while putting their faith into action.

Finance Committee Team
The Finance Committee Team provides oversight and stewardship of the church's financial resources. Working with church leadership, the committee develops budgets, reviews financial reports, promotes accountability, and ensures that resources are managed faithfully to support the mission and vision of Baptist Temple Church.

Ministry to the Sick and Bereaved
The Ministry to the Sick and Bereaved extends Christ's compassion to individuals and families experiencing illness, hospitalization, grief, or loss. Through prayer, visitation, encouragement, and practical support, the ministry seeks to provide comfort, hope, and spiritual care during life's most difficult seasons.

Praise Dance Ministry
The Praise Dance Ministry worships God through the ministry of movement and creative expression. Through dance, members communicate biblical truths, inspire worship, and encourage the congregation to experience God's presence in meaningful and powerful ways.

Children's Church
Children's Church provides age-appropriate biblical teaching, worship experiences, and activities designed to help children know, love, and follow Jesus Christ. The ministry partners with parents to nurture spiritual growth and build a strong foundation of faith in the next generation.

Disciples' School
Disciples' School is Baptist Temple's comprehensive Christian education and spiritual formation ministry. Through Bible studies, leadership development, new member training, and discipleship classes, participants are equipped to grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and ministry effectiveness.

Pastor's Aide Ministry
The Pastor's Aide Ministry supports the pastor and pastoral family through prayer, encouragement, hospitality, and special acts of appreciation. This ministry helps ensure that the pastor is strengthened and supported while leading the congregation in fulfilling God's mission.

Decoration Committee
The Decoration Committee enhances the worship experience by creating welcoming, attractive, and meaningful environments throughout the church. Through seasonal décor, special event preparation, and facility beautification, the committee helps create spaces that honor God and inspire worship.

Trustee Ministry
The Trustee Ministry serves as stewards of the church's physical assets and properties. Trustees oversee the maintenance, care, and protection of church facilities and resources while ensuring that church property remains functional, safe, and prepared to support ministry and outreach efforts.

Lead Staff
The Lead Staff provides strategic leadership, vision implementation, ministry oversight, and operational support for Baptist Temple Church. Working collaboratively with the pastor, ministry leaders, and congregation, the staff helps advance the church's mission of making disciples, serving the community, and glorifying God through effective ministry.
